Pleasure,
Gateway to your truth
In the somatic approach, pleasure is not a goal to be reached.
It's not a summit to climb, nor a performance to achieve.
Pleasure is a gateway.
A secret passageway to yourself, to your inner self, to your body as it is, here and now.
It's a path, a living, fluid, moving exploration.
A conscious breath that anchors you.
A micro-movement of the pelvis that awakens.
A present touch that reveals.
Do you feel that something inside you yearns for more truth, more presence, more connection?
Maybe your sexuality seems blurred, painful, absent, or simply on autopilot?
Maybe you say yes when it's no, you don't really feel, or you don't know what pleasure means to you anymore?
Maybe communication with your partner is slow, or you're going round in circles without really connecting?
Maybe you feel isolated in your desires and fantasies?
Maybe you don't know how to manage, express and live your emotions?
Behind these questions, there's often the same deep-seated desire: to find yourself.
Here, I invite you to return to your body, to slow down, to feel.
To give yourself permission to explore in safety, at your own pace, the sensitive dimensions of your being: touch, consent, sensation, desire, limits, intimacy.
And sometimes, there's no problem to solve. Just curiosity, a desire to see what's hidden behind the known.
It's a path of reconciliation with yourself, where you don't have to perform, just be... and little by little, let yourself be transformed.
Maybe you've been sold a dream: cosmic orgasms galore, sexuality that's always more intense, more “wow”, more high-performance.
By wanting “more”, we forget what's essential.
This race for maximum pleasure is also a form of consumerism: fast, efficient, but disconnected.... Yes, there are wonderful transcendental orgasmic states. Yes, these states do exist. And they are magnificent.
But be careful not to turn pleasure into demands.
Because wanting too much, too fast, overloads your nervous system.
And a system under pressure can't open up to the subtle.
Here, we slow down, take the pressure off, let go of the “I must” and the “I must”.
We get back to basics: feeling. Feel what's there.
And then, often, pleasure arises - sweet, unexpected, real.
It becomes a guide, a life signal, a vibration that tells you where your “yes” lies.
You have nothing to prove, nothing to achieve.
You just have to let yourself feel it.
And little by little, you rediscover your vitality, your vibrancy, your inner power.
