Somatic Sexuality and Somatic Coaching in Intimacy

If you are interested in coaching or somatic sexuality support, here are the first steps we will take together to begin exploring your intimacy:

1. Book a 45-minute video call online. (Get In Touch Video Call)

2. The 45-minute call . During this exchange, you will have the opportunity to share what you are currently experiencing and what you would like to explore. I will present my approach, the why and how of my support. If you want to go further, we will define the next steps together, and I will invite you to fill out an entry form.

3. Complete the intake form . This is an essential step in our work. This form allows you to detail your body and sexual history, refine your goals and intentions, and express any concerns you may have. It also informs you about confidentiality, logistical aspects, and the parameters of our support.

4. Schedule a 90-minute discovery session, online (intimate somatic coaching) or in person (somatic sexuality - bodywork)
