TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the terms for purchasing, booking, and using the services offered by Cloé BEAUMER, practitioner in somatic sexuality, intimacy coaching, tantric massage, and facilitator of workshops/retreats.
Any order or booking implies the full acceptance of these TCS by the client, without exception.

2. Services Offered

The available services include:

• Individual sessions in somatic sexuality or intimacy coaching

• Tantric massage sessions for therapeutic and well-being purposes

• Group workshops and retreats

• Occasional group sessions (coaching, embodiment, self-pleasure)

Details of each service (duration, location, price, terms) are available on the website or provided upon request.

3. Prices

Prices are expressed in euros (€) and are exempt from VAT under the applicable independent status in Luxembourg.
Prices may be revised at any time, but those displayed at the time of booking remain applicable.

4. Booking and Payment

Bookings can be made via email, phone, online form, or through a booking platform (if applicable).
Payment is made:

• Online before the session (via bank transfer or secure platform)

• Or in cash on the day of the session, if agreed in advance.
  A written confirmation is sent after each validated booking.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
After this time:

• The session is considered due in full.

• No refund will be issued, except in proven cases of force majeure.
  Rescheduling is possible subject to availability and mutual agreement.

If a workshop or retreat is canceled by the organizer, an alternative date or full refund will be offered.

6. Commitments and Safety Framework

Sessions are non-medical, non-sexual, and non-erotic, though they may include intimate or sensual dimensions, always grounded in mutual consent.
The framework includes:

• Confidentiality of exchanges

• Mutual respect of boundaries

• Freedom of expression

• Co-creation of the space with the client

Any disrespectful or inappropriate behavior may result in the immediate termination of the session, without refund.

7. Responsibility

The services offered do not replace any medical, psychotherapeutic, or psychiatric treatment.
The client remains fully responsible for their participation, choices, and personal development.
It is their responsibility to inform the practitioner of any significant medical, emotional, or psychological condition that may impact the session.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Luxembourg law.
