About the event
In this immersive one-day workshop, everything revolves around body awareness – the art of consciously perceiving your body and connecting with yourself. Before we can build genuine connections with others, we must first understand ourselves. How we feel in our own bodies significantly shapes how we engage with others.
During this day, we will sharpen our self-awareness, uncover our strategies, and explore what we are missing, what we desire, and how we currently approach relationships – or how we would like to approach them.
