Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy – In-Person Sessions Any cancellation or rescheduling request must be made in writing (email only) at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. After this time, 30% of the session amount may be charged to cover room reservation fees. By booking a session, the client acknowledges having read and accepted these terms and conditions.
