After our preliminary discussion, you're invited to come and experience your body differently: with curiosity, slowness, and kindness. We'll take the time to feel, put words to it, explore the sensations you're experiencing, and establish a clear framework tailored to your needs. This is an introduction, a connection with yourself, to see if this type of support resonates with where you are.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy – In-Person Sessions Any cancellation or rescheduling request must be made in writing (email only) at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. After this time, 30% of the session amount may be charged to cover room reservation fees. By booking a session, the client acknowledges having read and accepted these terms and conditions.
